Yes, your watch comes with a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects. To us, you're family. And we take care of our own. We guarantee everything we make. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge. Clean your watch by washing your case (remove leather straps first) with soap, water, and a soft brush to remove any dirt in the tiny crevasses. Afterward, to help preserve its luster, polish your case with a microfiber cloth.

Yes, occasionally, you will need to manually wind your automatic watch. While wearing, the motion of your wrist will help wind your watch. However, if your watch is off and set it aside, it will retain its "charge" for up to 38 hours if fully wound from the moment you took it off. If you haven't worn your Declan James for more than a couple of days, we recommend manually winding it.

Unscrew the crown and turn it back and forth approximately 30-40 times. Winding keeps the mainspring tight and full of energy.

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving them, seven days a week, excluding U.S. public holidays.  Our watches are shipped from Denver, Colorado. It will take anywhere from 1-5 business days within the contiguous U.S. and 3-7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii to receive your watch. Deliveries elsewhere may take a little longer.
